A new build, 10-storey block provided crucial office space to the Spinningfields area of Manchester city centre. 

The scheme included a car park in the basement of the build, retail space on the ground floor and the office space on the 9 remaining floors, the top 5 of which include floor to ceiling glazing looking out onto Hardman Square.
