The refit and refurbishment of an existing college building plus the construction of a new annex buildings.

The Maltings College specialises in teaching courses that prepare young people for the working environment and the annex was purpose built to provide spaces in which specialist skills could be taught, horticulture, vehicle maintenance and engineering to name a few.
