Parkview Centre for Health and Wellbeing

Client

Galliford Try/Hammersmith & Fulham PCT

Value

£30,000,000

Parkview Centre for Health and Wellbeing is a mixed-use scheme being developed by Building Better Health in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham PCT and Galliford Try under the NHS LIFT initiative.

The healthcare centre now accommodates numerous GP practices, as well as walk in clinics, community mental health services, community nursing services and catering for children and disabled adults.

The development also includes a 170-unit residential block, that has now been dubbed ‘The Bloom‘. This has provided Notting Hill Housing Trust with a plethora of flats ranging from small studio to three-bedroom.

Alongside the healthcare and residential facilities there is also a new supermarket and pharmacy, as well as a new entrance through the building to the recently regenerated Wormholt Park.

TACE implemented 80 square metres of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the PCT scheme with ASHP and CHP systems to reduce the developments CO2 emissions by approximately 34%.
