Malsis Hall, the former prep school and Grade-II listed building, is set to be developed by Seddon Developments and the Health and Social Care Partnerships to create a specialist care facility.

A full restoration and extension of Malsis Hall and the gate lodge will provide a new care and rehabilitation facility for people who have suffered psychological trauma. In addition to refurbishing and adapting the existing school,  the cottages, houses and chapel in the grounds will be renovated to create a 51-bed facility.
