TACE provided the detailed design of the hotel with AMEC. The scheme comprised of 3 towers linked with a ground floor foyer and basement car park. The Project was 18 months in duration and was completed on time and within budget. The scheme was developed from the Holiday Inn handbook and was presented as a nucleus scheme.
