Delivered via the North West Construction Hub Cheadle Hulme High School recently received a new sixth form centre and an extension to the existing music and arts facility.
As well as providing several new classrooms, the sixth form centre also accommodates a library, study spaces and a new auditorium with an associated green room area.
The extension to the arts and music facility created four large practice rooms and a further three art studios.
The scheme was delivered to the same client by the same principal contractor and design team that worked on Poynton High School and as a result was able to follow the BIM implementation process that had proven successful at Poynton.
