The development represents Placefirst’s most sustainable endeavour to date, with an approach centred around the ‘fabric-first’ principle to improve thermal performance. In addition, the project will implement renewable technologies such as photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and wastewater heat recovery, all helping to ensure optimal comfort, and efficiency, for future residents.
